Niva Alush

Niva is an international actress fluent in English, Hebrew and French. Trained at the International School of Theatre of Jacques Lecoq in Paris and graduated from the Theatre Department at Sarah Lawrence College in New York.

Her screen work includes performances in films by Cannes Award Winner Aya Somech ("questions of a dead worker") & a newly wrapped supporting lead role in an upcoming horror feature film, set to debut on the international film circuit. 

 

On stage Niva has also performed in La MaMa theatre in New York, the Cameri theatre and across Paris, Klaipeda and Mostar. Most recently she played Ismene in the Oedipus Trilogy, presented at Habima National Theatre, and starred in the lead role of "My Name is Yuda" a stage production directed by Pnina Gary. 

 

In her spare time she goes surfing.
